Wall Hung Toilets

Whilst a lot of different designs of toilets make space-saving a priority, nowhere is it as effective as wall-hung toilets. Also known as Floating Toilets, they have zero contact with the floor instead of being mounted on a frame hidden in your wall.

Not only is the design the perfect choice for minimalist, modern bathrooms but they also provide a more easily accessible (and smaller) cleaning surface. Without any of the nooks and crannies that may otherwise collect bacteria and germs. This makes them a popular choice for high-traffic commercial spaces including hotels, restaurants and offices

The one bugbear many seem to have with wall-hung toilets, however, is their supposed fragility. However, it is worth noting that many, when installed correctly, are perfectly able to withstand up to and over 200kg, about the weight of a fully grown bottlenose dolphin (around 31 stone).

You have slightly more limited options when it comes to picking your flush, however, flush buttons installed on your wall make for an ideal addition to sleek bathrooms. They should be fitted alongside a flush plate connected to your cistern behind your wall.
